How do I make a reservation?
You can create a reservation through our Reservations page. Select your preferred room, cottage, or function hall, enter your guest details, review your summary, and submit your request. The system records your reservation reference and reservation details right away.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 9:00 AM and check-out is at 12:00 NOON on the following day. For schedule adjustments, please contact us first because approval depends on availability.
Can I check real-time availability before reservation?
Yes. Availability is based on active reservations and current unit status. Listings marked unavailable or reserved are already affected by confirmed/checked-in reservations, so we still recommend making your reservation in advance for your preferred schedule.
Will I receive a reservation summary or receipt?
Yes. After your reservation is completed, the system provides a reservation confirmation view with your stay details and a downloadable receipt summary for your records.
Do you accept online payment, and are there charges?
Yes. Online payment is supported in the reservation flow. A small service charge may be applied to online transactions and will be shown in your reservation breakdown before you confirm payment.

Yes. Function halls are included in the same reservation module as rooms and cottages. You can review available halls in the Function Halls section and submit your preferred date through the Reservations page.
